1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on or browsing HNM Creative Solutions (the "Website" / "Portal"), you explicitly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

The fee charged at checkout represents two components:

• Government / Departmental Fee: Standard fees directly levied by the relevant official portal (where applicable).
• Portal Facilitation & Service Charge: Administrative consultation, data entry, scanning, operator time, and digital management fees charged by HNM Creative Solutions.

4. Applicant Accuracy & Forgery Prohibition

The user bears 100% legal responsibility for the genuineness, accuracy, and legality of all documents, certificates, and details submitted. Any attempt to upload forged proofs, deceptive data, or third-party unauthorized credentials will result in immediate order cancellation, account suspension, and possible reporting to law enforcement authorities under the Indian Penal Code and IT Act.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we exercise utmost care and diligence in filing applications accurately as per customer specifications, HNM Creative Solutions does not issue, verify, approve, or reject official certificates or government sanctions. The final approval, generation, delay, or rejection of any application lies entirely within the statutory jurisdiction of the respective Government Department / Ministry. We shall not be held liable for delays or rejections arising from departmental downtime, incomplete proofs, or government policy changes.

6. Wallet & Digital Payments

Users may fund their prepaid wallet via Razorpay or direct manual UPI. Funds added to the prepaid wallet are valid exclusively for ordering services on this portal. Payments must be verified before work commences.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject exclusively to the competent courts located in the district where the operator's registered office is situated.
