Refund & Cancellation Policy

HNM Creative Solutions enforces a strict NON-REFUNDABLE policy for all digital services, form filing, and consultancy services. Once an order is placed and processing commences, the payment cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded under any normal circumstances.
1. Nature of Digital & Professional Services
Our services comprise customized digital form processing, administrative data verification, document preparation, and manual desk execution. Because operational labor, software allocation, and operator bandwidth are immediately assigned upon receipt of your payment, services rendered cannot be reclaimed or restocked.
2. Cancellation Rules
- Orders marked "In Progress" or "Submitted": Once our desk begins processing or submits data to the designated portal, cancellations are strictly prohibited.
- Customer-Provided Inaccurate Data: If an application is rejected by the relevant authority due to inaccurate information or fraudulent documents uploaded by the user, the fees paid remain non-refundable.
3. Exceptional Duplicate Debits (Technical Glitches)
A customer may be entitled to a refund only and strictly under the following technical exception:
Duplicate Transaction: If a customer is charged twice for the exact same single order due to an Internet fluctuation or payment gateway timeout glitch, the extra duplicate payment will be refunded to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business working days after transaction verification.
4. Prepaid Wallet Balance Non-Transferable
Funds recharged into the user's portal prepaid wallet are non-refundable and non-withdrawable back to bank accounts or cash. Wallet credits must be utilized solely to pay for service orders on HNM Creative Solutions.
5. How to Report Duplicate Transactions
In the rare case of a duplicate charge, please forward your bank statement snippet and Razorpay transaction reference to our billing desk within 48 hours:
