We value your privacy and are committed to protecting the sensitive personal data shared with us. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, store, handle, process, and permanently purge your information in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) guidelines.

2. Information We Collect

To assist in processing your requested public services, we collect:

• Identity & Demographic Details: Full name, father/husband's name, date of birth, gender, and photograph.
• Contact Data: Verified mobile phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, and permanent/correspondence address.
• Identity Documents: Uploaded supporting identity and address proofs (such as government-issued ID card copies, voter IDs, marksheet copies, or signature images) as demanded by specific third-party applications.
• Payment Transaction References: 12-digit UPI UTR numbers, payment gateway transaction IDs (Razorpay), order invoices, and payment receipts. We do not store complete credit card, debit card, or banking authentication passwords.

3. Purpose of Processing Data

The information submitted by citizens on this portal is strictly utilized for:

• Fulfilling the citizen-requested form filling or portal registration service.
• Verifying fee payments, issuing order receipts, and managing prepaid digital wallet balances.
• Sending SMS/WhatsApp notifications regarding order status updates, progress check, or acknowledgement slips.
• Internal accounting and resolving client grievance inquiries.

4. Strict 15-Day Auto-Purge Policy (Data Erasure)

Data Retention Window: To prevent any unauthorized access or privacy violations, all citizen-uploaded document attachments, identity proofs, photo uploads, payment screenshots, and finalized delivered certificates are permanently deleted from our servers 15 days after an order is marked Completed. Customers are strictly advised to download and backup all files upon delivery.

5. Payment Gateway Security (Razorpay)

All online digital payments on our platform are processed securely through RBI-authorized payment aggregator Razorpay Software Private Limited. Your banking credentials, card numbers, and UPI PINs are processed over 256-bit encrypted SSL/TLS channels adhering to PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. We never store confidential banking credentials on our local database.

6. Third-Party Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade applicant personal data to telemarketers or third-party advertising companies. Your details are submitted exclusively to the designated government authority portals or official utility service provider websites that you explicitly authorized us to submit on your behalf.
